Tomorrow is the start of a new year, and I am using it as kick start to make art again. For two years or more, I was making a piece every week. Some pieces I love, and some were more about the process of creating. I was getting a little burned out in 2016, and had a large project I was working on, and stopped making weekly art. I still made art occasionally, but I had broken my pattern. 2017 was a year of self work and incubation for me, I went inside and really thought about what I want to show the world and the person I want to be. And part of that person is someone who makes art, regularly and consistently. Near the end of October, Blythe, Chloe, and I went out to a locate park. They were great sports while joggers and bikers stopped and stared. I wish you all a happy new year!
